I take criticism really, really well.

I also take praise pretty well.
Send love/hate notes.

For now.......

I did not 'watermark' any of my photos and on the suggestion of the gallery that is now representing my work, I am removing all my photos.
I will watermark and put back up.

In the meantime you can see some of my work at
No. 5 Gallery in Victoria BC.

Thanks for visiting!

The Idean Bean Coffee Company found in this beautiful heritage home will be hanging my photo's for sale as soon as I have them framed.

I found these floating frames for a 'ok' price (9.95 each).

The cost to have the photo's reproduced will be a few bucks.
All told its a bit of an investment.
So, I'm saving my pennies and hope to have some hung in October.
The wonderful folks at The Bean are holding wall space for me!
woot!

Brag shout-out!!!!
I am now an award winning photographer!!!!
Yup.
Two first place awards in abstract photo classification.

Dear kind viewer,
I figured it out.
You see, I was worried that I would impact your view of my photos if I were
to name the photo or provide you with any details. I wasn't sure that was a good
idea, rather, let you breath your own meaning into the photo.
After many kind offers of suggestions, I have come to a solution. One that I hope
works for everyone.
If you wish to know about the photo, what I've dubbed it for example, click on the comments area right under the photo. In there you will see what I have assigned to the photo. There, problem solved. You still get to creat your own minds-eye, I still get to communicate what I was thinking, the name or somesuch.
Enjoy kind viewers! and thank you so much for visiting and please do come often!
Sincerely,
Susan Jones

Thank you to everyone (so many of you!) who visit this blog, you've been very kind with your comments!

I have a question for you.

I have comments for each and every single picture I take.

Comments like "broken teeth, this picture reminded me of broken teeth"

That comment belongs to photo of the single broken window. The bits of glass, they reminded me of those broken teeth.

If I make those comments will they affect your own vision of the photo?

Do you want me to do that? make comments? affect your own vision?

Do tell.

Please let me know what you think.

Thank you again kind visitor.

Sincerely,
Susan Jones

I asked if I could take his picture, he said he would

happy to, but he did.
Thank you Billy and safe travels.
